Website language(s)
Is it possible Relevant project (a website + content provision + social media management, etc.) to be performed for our local church in a language different than English?
Yes, definitely! In Harikalet, we already have experience with websites for SDA churches, SDA ministries, SDA institutions, secular businesses, NGOs… in many different languages, for example, French, German, Italian, Danish, Romanian, Bulgarian, Serbian, Macedonian, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish.
Is it possible for the website of our church to have multilanguage support?
Yes, definitely! We already have extensive experience with multilanguage websites. For example, your church website can be in English and Spanish language, and your website can even support more than two languages. It is important to note that 50% of the basic price should be paid for any additional language.
Informational video meeting
Can one or more representatives of our church have an informational Zoom meeting with a representative from the Relevant project?
Yes, of course. The representative from the Relevant project will answer all questions and dilemmas that your church representative(s) have. This Zoom meeting is free, even if you decide not to collaborate with us.
Is it possible to have more than one Zoom meeting between a representative from our church and a representative from the Relevant project?
Yes, as many meetings as you need. All of the sessions will be free, even if you decide not to collaborate with us.
Besides the video meeting(s), can we ask additional questions via email, WhatsApp / Signal / Telegram / Viber chat before we decide to collaborate with you?
Yes, you can ask as many questions as you want. We will answer all of them.
The steps of collaboration
What are the steps of collaboration?
(1) You send us information about your initial interest in collaboration.
(2) A Zoom meeting will be scheduled between a representative from your local SDA church and a representative from the Relevant project.
(3) A draft version of the contract will be sent to you.
(4) Once the contract is acceptable for both sides and is signed by both sides, the invoice will be created and sent to you.
(5) Once the payment is received, within the next seven days, your new website will be published on a temporary domain name called “
(6) Continual communication for the content and all other aspects of the collaboration will begin from that moment on.
Content provision and time frames
What should be provided by our side for the new website of our church?
You should provide content (text, images, etc.) specifically associated with your local SDA church. For example, information that will be used for pages like Our Church, Meet Our Pastor(s), Meet Our Church Leadership, New Here, Stories and Testimonies, Gallery, News, Calendar of Events, Book Free Counseling, etc.
How long will it take from the moment the payment is made to the moment of publishing our new website?
Once the payment is received, within the next seven days, your new website will be published on a temporary domain name called “
Is it necessary for the entire content to be provided by our side first for our new website to be associated with our church’s domain name?
No, not at all. It is not necessary for the entire content to be provided by your side for your website to be associated with your church’s domain name. You decide when your new website from the temporary domain name “
Can we provide the most important content at the beginning and the rest of the content during the next weeks and months?
Yes – you decide what will be provided when. We will always be open to receiving new content from you, and as we receive content from you, we will publish it on your website.
Domain name and hosting
On which domain name will be our new website?
Probably you already have a website and a domain name. If yes, your new website will be associated with that domain name. If not, you should choose a good domain name, and we can assist you in that process.
We have a domain name, but we don’t like it. Can we change it?
Changing a domain name shouldn’t be usual practice. Yet, if you think the domain name your church possesses is not good, you can choose a new one, and we can assist you in that process.
Who pays for the domain name / domain name renewal?
The price for the domain name / domain name renewal is not included in the price of the Relevant project. Your church should pay it separately – directly to the domain name registrant company. Fortunately, it is not expensive; it is usually between 12 and 15 USD per year.
On which hosting our new website will be hosted?
Your new website will be hosted on a server managed by Relevant.
Who pays for hosting?
The price for hosting is included in the price of the Relevant project, so you don’t need to pay additionally for hosting.
Digital transformation of other types of SDA entities
Do you already have experience providing digital transformation for SDA entities different from local churches?
Yes. We already have experience providing digital transformation for SDA institutions, SDA ministries, SDA projects…
Can the Relevant project be adopted for SDA entities different from local SDA churches?
Yes, the Relevant project can be adapted to any type of SDA entity: SDA institutions, SDA ministries, SDA services, SDA initiatives, SDA projects. Depending on the type of SDA entity, some things will be different, yet the digital transformation can be achieved.
Additional development
Besides the fact that you already provide a lot of pages and features within the Relevant project, what if we want anything additional to be created / designed / programmed on our new website?
It depends. If you want additional pages to be added, we will create/design them without you needing to pay additionally. Even if you want some specific feature to be added to your website, which is not time-consuming to be developed, we will develop it. Yet, if your idea is time-consuming to be performed, we will consider it during the negotiating process and give you an answer. Maybe we will refuse to develop it at all. Maybe we will postpone developing it. It depends on the complexity of the feature.
Is it possible for some additional complex development work to be performed by you for complex feature(s) that we would like to have on our website?
Yes, it is possible, and the additional price you should pay is on hourly bases, and it is 25 USD per hour.
Support
Will you provide support when we need some help?
We provide more than support. You can imagine the collaboration with us as a partnership. We are always here to answer all of your questions and dilemmas and provide assistance anytime you need it. Our main motivation in that process is our love toward the people in your community who will be influenced by your website, social media, etc., and the vision to see as many of them in the eternity.
Will you suggest to us some ideas and will you perform some improvements during the time?
Yes, during our collaboration, we will proactively take steps to inform you about the new best practices and the possibilities that can be implemented. We will study the case of your particular local SDA church, and we will be suggesting changes and improvements. The process of digital transformation is endless, and it is something that must adapt, improved, upgraded… continually. We will have an active role in that process, ensuring your SDA church is always RELEVANT.
